Her research focuses on issues related to workplace education and learning, leadership development, and evaluation of human resource development interventions. She is a Past President of the Academy of Human Resource Development.
Amin Alizadeh is Assistant Professor of Human Relations Administration in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Delaware, USA. His research interests include HRD ethics, leadership development, work-life balance, and virtual HRD. He also studies the impacts of corporate social responsibility activities on employee attitudes.
