Lee G. Bolman holds the Marion Bloch/Missouri Chair inLeadership at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at theUniversity of Missouri-Kansas City. He is the coauthor of thebest-selling books Reframing Organizations and Leadingwith Soul from Jossey-Bass. Joan V. Gallos is professor of leadership, University ofMissouri Curators' Distinguished Teaching Professor, and directorof the Executive MBA program at the Henry W. Bloch School ofManagement at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is thecoauthor of Teaching Diversity and the editor ofOrganization Development: A Jossey-Bass Reader andBusiness Leadership: A Jossey-Bass Reader, Second Edition,all from Jossey-Bass.
