Kat Grimsley, PhD, is a commercial real estate professor and consultant with a background in leading multidisciplinary development teams. She also serves on advisory boards for the U.S. Department of State and the UN, and has published award-winning research. Dr. Grimsley teaches investments and development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brian M. Grindall is a real estate lawyer with broad expertise in commercial real estate for a wide range of assets. He represents clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and development. Mr. Grindall also teaches law and risk assessment at Georgetown University and George Mason University.
