Paul Arnold has worked for over thirteen years in retail sales in a financial services role. In addition to advocating for small businesses, Arnold owns Business Club, which supports small business owners with mindset, and runs online educational and networking events including Adapt and Overcome Innovation & Change Strategy Summit. He organizes Mastermind retreats such as the Strategy Success Cruise and Wine-at-the-beach Book Writing Weekend.  As a certified financial planner, business analyst and scrum master, Paul Arnold’s passion for small business entrepreneurship and mindset motivated Paul to write his first book Business Strategy Success Principles. He is currently completing an MBA in Management Consulting at York St. John University c/o Robert Kennedy College and plans to graduate in Summer of 2022, which the intention of consulting with publicly traded financial institutions, firms and banks. Outside of the business world, Paul Arnold is a professionally trained musician and composer/conductor who performs classical guitar, piano and cello. He is currently working with small chamber ensembles as a conductor/composer and providing piano and guitar performances for his local church. He lives with his wife and two children in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
