She is the author of Managing Projects with Microsoft Projects, Project 2.0 and Project 4.0 and lives in Seattle, Washington. has worked as a member of the Microsoft Project software documentation team for over 3 years. During his 10--year technical writing career he has written software manuals and other technical documentation for Microsoft and Active Voice Corporation. Prior to that he worked in physics research at Bell Telephone Labs, now part of Lucent Technologies, Inc. He also lives in Seattle.
