Robert Fried, PhD, is a cardiovascular physiologist and NY State Licensed Clinical Psychologist. He is Emeritus Professor, doctoral faculty in Behavioral Neurosciences, City University of New York (CUNY). Formerly Director, Rehabilitation Research Institute (RRI), ICD–International Center for the Disabled, New York, NY. He published more than a dozen academic and trade books on cardiovascular health, nutrition, and human sexuality, and more than 50 peer-reviewed scientific journal publications. He also holds several US Patents in biomedical instrumentation and he is listed in the year 2000 (Century) Marquis’ Who’s Who. Dr. Fried served with the Korean Military Advisory Group (KMAG), Seoul Korea, 1954-1956.
