She is interested in leadership behavior, city well-being, stereotype, prejudice and bullying on workplaces, job performance, job stress, perceived organizational support, etc. She has published 6 books and 100+ articles on PA/OB/HRM/IP in English and Chinese. Professor Susan Fiske, Bradley Wright, Asmus Olsen, ChungAn Chen, Lijun Chen, Liang Ma, et al. are leading scholars in this area.
