Peggy McCarthy is the founder and executive director of Innovative Medical Education Consortium (IMEC), a nonprofit medical organization dedicated to meeting the needs of underserved populations. She also serves on the board of several cancer organizations. Jo An Loren editor-in-chief of IMEC, has been a science and health administrator since the 1970s.
