'Every child needs a Bloomsbury Young Reader. Fun, stretching, just the right length, full of adventurous vocabulary and punctuation.' - Julie-Ann McCulloch, Teacher

Jane Clarke has written numerous books for this age group, including titles in Egmont's Banana Books range and Random House's Flying Foxes series. She has also written written several picture book texts, including Gilbert the Great and Neon Leon. Jennie Poh was born in England and grew up in Malysia (in the jungle). After failing her art A-level Jennie decided the art world was definitely for her so she studied Fine Art at The Surrey Institute of Art & Design and Fashion Illustration at Central St. Martins. Illustrating is the reason Jennie gets washed and dressed in the morning.
