Billingsley (Ed.D. Virginia Tech) is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Specialized Education Services at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Mary Lynn Boscardin (Ph.D. University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign) is Professor and Chair of the Department of Student Development at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
