She is also Associate Professor in the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Graduate School of Nursing, Bethesda, MD. Christine E. Kasper, PhD, RN, FAAN, is Professor and Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Nursing Services, Washington, DC; Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD; and Member of the Governor’s Committee on Spinal Cord Injury Research in Maryland.
