Do you sometimes notice that you lack energy, or feel tearful all the time?

We all go through dark and difficult times, but when depression strikes it can be hard to know what to do. This approachable, friendly book, written by an experienced psychotherapist, helps you explore what is bothering you, so that you can make any adjustments you need to live a lighter, happier life.

With tips on how to use mindfulness and meditation to support you, this book also features practices to help:

build your tolerance for discomfort; and
trust your inner wisdom.
