She is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and, over the past decade, in addition to working as a chef, has built her popular blog Parsnips and Pastries (parsnipsandpastries.com), where she shares seasonal, balanced, and approachable recipes. She has a passion for using food and nutrition to boost overall wellness, improve mental health, and support the mind-body connection.
