Dr Gemma Newman has been a British family doctor for twenty years. She is also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, a founding member and ambassador for Plant Based Health Professionals UK and a Reiki healer. Her holistic health, nutrition and lifestyle advice has achieved tremendous results for her patients, as well as numerous others via her @PlantPowerDoctor Instagram platform. She is regularly invited to teach other doctors and the general public about the benefits of plant-based nutrition via training programs, podcasts and medical conferences.
