Reincarnation. A Testimonial, begins with the paranormal events that led to the writing of her book. Rather than writing an Acknowledgment - she calls it How It Began. The first chapter is in the form of a personal letter to the reader. It gives an overview of her subject and explains why she feels qualified to share her paranormal experiences ;emphasizing that she's a person who needs validation of anything paranormal and expects nothing less for her reader. The following chapters go into detail regarding pre-cognitive dreams and how she first came into contact with the subject of reincarnation. She calls each learning experience a special door that the reader has the key to open and explore that which is beyond the boundaries of our known world. Following the reading of Shirley MacLaine's book Out On A Limb, I impulsively wrote to her and received a personal reply. This event led her to attend a Seminar that Shirley MacLaine held during the 1980's . Each chapter after this covers her life-long experiences with the paranormal including validations received of reincarnation's existence and why it happens. The book covers - alien encounters - ghostly appearances and the future of man kind as she 'sees' the world as it will appear in the 23rd century It ends with a validation that children now being born are old-souls and have volunteered, to help clean up the mess that we've made of our world. It ends with an inviation to the reader to seek other books or events that will further their enlightenment.,
CHAPTER 1
“They regain the knowledge acquired in former lives and strive even more for perfection. Previous practice alone impels those on the path, striving earnestly; pure from taint they gradually gain perfection and reach the highest goal.”~ Bhagavad Gita
Dear Reader
Thank you for allowing me to come into your life and permitting me to share some of its mysteries with you. This is an invitation to join me in visiting another dimension beyond your five senses; to explore beyond the limitations of your known world. Whether you already believe in reincarnation, or are being introduced to the concept with this book, is not important. What is important is that you’ve picked it up to read. Either consciously or unconsciously, you’ve decided to expand your view of life and look outside the boundaries of your earthly existence. You are about to explore the unlimited power of the universe. I’m asking you to come along with me on an adventure into another world, and just like Alice after she fell down that rabbit hole, you’ll enter a whole new dimension far from your physical reality.
For a moment, I want you to think of life as being like a series of significant doors that you have your own keys to unlock, allowing you to explore the rooms on the other side. Each door will lead you into a room that is full of new experiences that can either enhance your spiritual growth or cause you to pause and take stock of your life’s journey. But, when a door is presented to you, it’s always your choice to either walk away or open that door and examine the room within. You can choose to take advantage of those moments that may change your life or not. You do have free will, after all. Yet, unbeknownst to us, if we’re reluctant to unlock a door at a certain moment in time, and if it’s meant to be, it will spontaneously present itself again when we are ready to go inside. I’m making this statement because from my own experiences, that’s a fact.
We think we’re in control of our lives, but we’re really not. Although the decisions we make are arrived at via free will, what we don’t realize is that regardless of the choice we’ve made, whether it’s right or wrong, we will eventually be led to the path we are supposed to be taking. It may be a different door that we’re presented with, but the room (experience) and its furnishings on the other side of that door will be the same. In other words, if we miss an opportunity to expand our spiritual development, we’ll be given another chance to do so. Sub-consciously we know this and act accordingly.
Of course, I can just hear you saying, “I would never have chosen to do such-and-such in my life if I’d known this was going to happen.” Yes, you did! Because you have free will, you sometimes make a poor choice. You enter a doorway that should have remained shut. So, you may ask, how do we know the difference between entrances we’re meant to go through and those we should avoid? Listen to your gut instinct. It will warn you with that certain small whisper of nagging doubt if you take heed. Do you know, my friend, that when you experience a gut feeling that it’s your third chakra activating? Ah yes, it’s like an electrical surge shooting along a wire. The third chakra ties the lower, earth-bound chakras to the upper chakras that connect you with your Higher Self. It is what I refer to as the balancing chakra. Hence, if you are about to make a wrong decision, your gut feelings will raise red flags that you can either take notice of or ignore. Your guardian angels will warn you in whatever way they can, but even the heavens can’t interfere with your free will, and if you choose to ignore the warning, so be it. For example, say that still, small voice inside tells you to avoid entering into a relationship with a certain person because their track record with the opposite sex stinks. What do you normally do? You say to yourself, “He (or she) loves me and would never treat me that way.” Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your perspective), we often learn more from our mistakes than we do when we seem to be making wise decisions. Sad to say, pain is our greatest teacher, and sometimes it takes a painful experience to teach the lesson we’re meant to learn.
Do you know that before you are born, you’ve already decided what you are going to accomplish? That’s a given. Regardless of your free will choices, you are still going to do what you came here to do. You may choose a more difficult road than one that is easier to travel in order to get to your destination, but eventually you will get to that pre-ordained goal. Many years ago, I attended one of those non-denominational New Thought churches. The minister was a very good orator and made a statement that resonated with my own beliefs. She said:
“Before we are born, we make a contract with ourselves and our Divinity. We are going to accomplish this—and this—and --- this—and it’s going to be a piece of cake. Then we are born, and what happens? We’ve forgotten what we came here to do!”
I remember thinking, you are so right up to a point, but our Soul has not forgotten.
For the last quarter of a century, I’ve had the privilege to observe and experience peoples’ former lives. In addition, I realize that this gift has allowed me more than my share of relationships, no matter how fleeting and I feel honored to have been given such a privilege. But most important of all is the fact that I’ve been allowed to have a glimpse of what lies beyond that invisible veil between the limitations of our life as we know it, and the never-ending life of the universe. Over and over again, I’ve received validation that spirit is eternal and our lives are a continuous story that is divided into individual chapters. It’s called reincarnation.
For one moment, think about the life you are leading and the people in it. Life is all about relationships, and I’ll get into that subject more thoroughly after I’ve set the groundwork for you. The reason we incarnate as humans is so we can to have the opportunity to grow spiritually via our interactions with other people. When we get down to the facts of life, relationships are what make our world go around, and depending on the karma that we may have created, those relationships are either smooth sailing or stormy. For example, it may be that relationship with family - close friend - or a special teacher. Or, it could be a relationship on a larger scale between countries. The latter is always a biggie as it has a major effect on the operation of our world. A good example of a karmic relationship between countries is the present one between Hong Kong and China. Would the power struggle between these two pieces of land be so traumatic if England had not returned control of Hong Kong to China? Would this relationship between these two countries be less dramatic if their ideologies had not clashed? Life is what we make it via our interactions with each other. It’s commonly known as cause and effect, and history is full of such karmic conditions between countries as well as people. Think about this scenario—what would life in this country be like if America had not won the War of Independence?
Thank goodness that in this life I chose the path I’ve taken because those one-on-one connections with clients who have sought me out have given me the opportunity to help my fellow man. Helping each other through life should be our number one intention. Have you seen that TV advert that advocates passing it forward? It’s one of the few commercials that I think needs to be absorbed. We’re all together in the same boat, my friend, and we all have to be rowing in sync with each other to get to where we’re going because every individual is a part of the Whole. Regardless of what religious and/or spiritual path you choose to travel, we all eventually end up at the same place.
Many folks have tagged me with the title of psychic, but what is a psychic? To be classified as such makes me feel uncomfortable because I’m no different from you. The only thing I’ve done that might be different from you is to have opened up and utilized my sub-conscious mind. My thinking includes the daily and deliberate use of unconscious as well as conscious thoughts and actions. A simple example of this thought process is that of driving my car on the busy highways. Before taking off, I not only mentally envision a safety net around me but also tune in to the actions of other drivers. By doing this, I instinctively know that the car travelling in the lane alongside mine is going to switch lanes and get in front of me, even if the driver doesn’t turn on their signaling device.
Psychiatrists claim that we only use a small amount of our brain capacity. They also claim that we don’t know how the unused part works. I’m no psychiatrist, but from my experiences, I’m convinced that this unknown part is where our sub-conscious stores every memory from the day we were born. And it doesn’t stop with our birth because it also retains memories of our past lives. Using the sub-conscious part of the brain isn’t unique to so-called psychics. Everyone has the capacity to use that section of their brain. Yes, dear reader, that means you. All you need is an implicit belief that you can. I’ll take that statement one step further. If people used their sub-conscious minds in their daily actions, they might avoid many of the pitfalls they normally run into....
