Alexander Tulloch was born in Liverpool long before the boundary so considers himself a native Lancastrian. He has also been married to a genuine Lancashire lass for nearly 60 years and has spent a large part of that time in the county. He is also a graduate of Manchester University, a city which was also very much part of Lancashire before 1974.
