Cathy Shipton is best known in her role as Duffy for 8 years in Casualty. She is a familiar face on UK T.V. She is also a trained aerobics instructor and runs the marathon each year for the British Heart Foundation. Liz McColgan MBE is the UK’s best known woman endurance athlete and is the major star in marathon running and an Olympic Gold medallist.
