Based on the well established principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), you will learn about the relationship that exists between cognition (thoughts), emo>on and behaviour in the primitive parts of your brain and how to use strategies to replace negative thoughts with "smart" helpful thoughts along fresh pathways.
Your practitioner will help guide you through 10 sessions covering 22 different cognitive and behavioural tools and encourage you to complete a daily monitoring diary and anxiety management worksheet. Completing the diary and worksheets regularly will help ensure a successful outcome.
