Francisco Moises is currently living in Canada. He was educated in Portuguese, English, and French in Mozambique, Kenya, and Canada. He holds a diploma in Fiction writing and Journalism and three university degrees from the University of Victoria in British Columbia. He reads in English, French, and Portuguese. He intends to dedicate himself to full time writing.
