Dr Victoria Williams is the compiler of this book. She is a barrister at 2 Gray's Inn Square and sits as a Deputy Costs Judge of the Supreme Court, and (in costs) as a Deputy District Judge of the County Court and of the Principal Registry of the Family Division (PRFD). She is also a Deputy Adjudicator of HM Land Registry in costs. She compiled the first four editions of the Civil Procedure Handbook, as well as the Surveillance and Intelligence Law Handbook for OUP. She is a long time author and editor of the White Book. Dr Williams is chair of the Property and Commercial group in her chambers.
