She is also a Deputy Adjudicator of HM Land Registry in costs. She compiled the first five editions of the Civil Procedure Handbook, as well as writing the Surveillance and Intelligence Law Handbook for OUP. She is a long time author and editor of the White Book and has a long history of important editorial experience.
