Raj K. Keservani, PhD, MPharm, is Associate Professor in the Faculty of B. Pharmacy, CSM Group of Institutions, Allahabad, India. He has more than 12 years of academic (teaching) experience at various institutes of India, imparting pharmaceutical education. He has published many peer-reviewed papers in the field of pharmaceutical sciences in national and international reputed journals, book chapters, coauthored books, and edited books. He is also active as a reviewer for several international scientific journals. His research interests encompass nutraceutical and functional foods, novel drug delivery systems (NDDS), transdermal drug delivery/drug delivery, health science/life science, and biology/cancer biology/neurobiology. Dr. Keservani graduated (BPharm) from the Department of Pharmacy, Kumaun University, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, in 2005. Afterward, he qualified GATE in the same year, conducted by IIT Mumbai. He received his Master of Pharmacy from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, in 2008 with a specialization in pharmaceutics. Sharangouda J. Patil, PhD, is working as Associate Professor, Department of Zoology, NMKRV College for Women (Autonomous), Bengaluru, India. He has contributed majorly to outreach programs for transfer of technology from lab to land. He has successfully guided various projects for master’s and PhD students. During his academic and research career, he has published more than 80 research articles, 10 edited books, 24 book chapters, five technical bulletins, and several other technical articles in national and international journals. He has participated and presented research papers at more than 90 conferences and has been awarded many best paper awards. Dr. Patil is also working as an editor in chief, editorial board member, advisory editorial member, and a reviewer for more than 40 journals. He completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at a World Bank-funded project at the ICAR-reputed National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology, Bangalore, India. For his postdoctoral research, Dr. Patil opted to work extensively on livestock extension research. Dr. Patil completed his master‘s degree in Zoology and completed his doctoral studies at Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, India. Ivan Aranha, PhD, is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Zoology, Ahmednagar College, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. He has published many research articles and book chapters. He has research experience of 20 years and teaching experience of more than 15 years. His research interests include reproductive biology, immunology, and environmental biology. He was awarded a Young Scientist Award (2003) and received fellowships and major research projects from DBT, DST, and UGC. He earned his PhD in Zoology (Reproductive Biology) from the University of Mysore, Mysore, and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral fellow at CSIR–Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore (a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi) Mysore.
