Dattilo, PhD, RD, CDE, is a clinical dietician and investigator with longstanding dedication to the prevention of gestational diabetes and promotion of healthy infant nutrition. She currently oversees the scientific content of the Global First Thousand Days Nutrition Education Program at Nestlé Nutrition within her role as Associate Director of Nutrition Science.
