David J. Jackson is an Associate Professor of Respiratory Medicine at King's College London (London, UK) and Clinical Director of Guy's Severe Asthma Centre, Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Trust (London, UK), a regional unit for severe asthma, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis and other eosinophilic lung diseases. Michael E. Wechsler is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at National Jewish Health (NJH) in Denver (CO, USA), Director of the NJH/Cohen Family Asthma Institute (Denver) and Associate Vice President for Innovation and Industry Relations at NJH.
