Dr Verner Wheelock BSc, BAgr, PhD is an experienced food scientist and author of over 100 publications who finished his career as Special Professor of Food Science at the University of Nottingham. He was actively involved in the nutritional debates of the 1980s when the dietary recommendations were being set.
