James Baba Abugre is a Human Resource Management and Communication Researcher, as well as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School, Ghana. He focuses on the interaction of actors in resolving effective human resource development and management in institutions. His teaching and research areas are in Human Resource Management in multinational companies (MNCs) and local organisations. Specifically, he researches in HRM practices and communication and engagement of employees in organisations.
Ellis L.C. Osabutey is a Reader at University of Roehampton, UK. His research is in International Business and Management, with specific focus on Foreign Direct Investment, Technology and Knowledge Transfer, Human Resource and International Management, and SME Innovation Strategies. His empirical interest is focused on, but not limited to, Sub-Saharan Africa.
Simon Sigué is a member of Faculty of Business at Athabasca University, Canada, as well as Professor Extraordinaire at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa, an honorary professor at the Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia, and an adjunct professor at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. His research covers issues such as franchising, marketing channel, customer relationship management, game theory, international marketing and trade, and corruption.
