Andre Faustmann studied business informatics at the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg, Germany. Since 2000, he's worked at the SAP University Competence Center (SAP UCC) in Magdeburg, where he is responsible for hosting a wide range of SAP solutions for universities, universities of applied sciences, and vocational schools throughout Germany, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His many years of experience with SAP systems range from release 4.6C to current SAP NetWeaver 7.40. He is also a certified technology consultant for SAP NetWeaver AS, as well as SAP NetWeaver Portal and Knowledge Management. Michael Greulich studied business informatics at the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg. He started his career as a researcher in the SAP University Competence Center Magdeburg in 2009. There, he worked as a certified SAP NetWeaver consultant in the field of basic administration with a focus on SAP Solution Manager and SAP BusinessObjects. As head of an SAP implementation project UCC service desk for more than 400 national and international institutions with more than 60,000 users, he is familiar with many facets of project management. Since 2003, Andre Siegling has worked at the SAP University Competence Center at the Otto von Guericke University of Magdeburg. As member of the SAP Basis team, he is one of eight certified SAP Basis specialists. He is responsible for SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration, SAP BusinessObjects, and other solutions that are running on IBM DB2 for LUW databases within SAP UCC's cloud service provisioning to serve the needs of more than 400 partners in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to enable them to integrate SAP solutions in teaching, education, and other scientific projects. Benjamin Wegener studied business informatics and has worked at the SAP University Competence Center at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg since 2010. There, he is a part of the SAP Basis team with a focus on SAP solutions running on IBM DB2 for LUW such as SAP CRM and SAP Solution Manager, as well as other solutions including SAP HANA. As the head of the SAP implementation project UCC ""System Monitoring with SAP Solution Manager,"" he is responsible for the setup and operation of a monitoring system covering more the 160 SAP systems and over 60,000 users. Ronny Zimmermann has worked at the SAP University Competence Center at Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg since 2002, and has been a certified consultant for SAP NetWeaver and SAP NetWeaver Portal for over 10 years. He is responsible for the infrastructure and architecture of the UCC data center. He has been a speaker of the Virtualization and Cloud Computing group of the German SAP user group (DSAG) since 2009. When he is not busy pursuing his passion for soccer and passing this on to his sons, Aron and Remo, he spends his time motorcycling with his wife, Urte, and watching his daughter, Laura, dancing.
