Joanna Paliszkiewicz works as a full professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (WULS—SGGW) and Director of the Management Institute. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Vaasa in Finland. Joanna is well recognized in Poland and abroad for her expertise in management issues, knowledge management and trust management, publishing over 220 papers/manuscripts and is the author/co-author/editor of 21 books. Demet Varoğlu received her B.Sc. and MBA degrees from Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Business Administration, and her Ph.D. from Ankara University. Since 2006, she has been affiliated with TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Department of Management. Demet has taught undergraduate and graduate level courses on organizational influence processes, gender issues in organizations and negotiation. Her recent publications are on counter-productive work behaviors, leadership, and diversity. Olena Kulykovets is Assistant Professor at the Management Institute at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2022 in the discipline of management and quality sciences at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Management. Her scientific interests focus on topics related to non-standard marketing tools, as well as the use of modern technologies in the field of scientific research, and the use of artificial intelligence to support the marketing activities of enterprises.
