He was formerly Associate Professor of Computer Application at Poornima University, Jaipur, India. With over 15 years of experience in teaching, he has published over 50 research papers in international journals and has presented papers and case studies at many professional conferences. The author of several books and book chapters, he has been an invited keynote speaker, resource person, and chairperson at many universities and colleges. Bikram Prasad is Assistant Professor at the Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College Academy of Professional Courses, West Bengal, India. He has five years of academic experience. He has presented papers at international and national conferences and has published papers in peerreviewed journals and several books. Nilanjan Ray, PhD, is Associate Professor of Management Studies at JIS University, West Bengal, India. He was formerly affiliated with the Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship (iLEAD) and Adamas University as Associate Professor, among other roles. A prolific author, editor, and reviewer, Dr. Ray has published over 90 research papers in national and international journals and proceedings and has edited research handbooks and monographs. He has organized faculty development programs, national and international conferences, and management doctoral colloquiums. Lalit Kumar Joshi, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Commerce at Kazi Nazrul University, West Bengal, India. He was formerly affiliated with The Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata, India.
