He is recognized in the Dutch and European market as a leading FMCG and retail expert in his field combining 15 years of senior management experience with 20 years in executive search working with companies such as Procter & Gamble, (Reckitt) Benckiser, Frito-Lay, and Cirio-Del Monte. He was also Amrop representative to the AESC (the global Association of Executive Search Consultants).Since 2014 Eelco has been a guest lecturer for Erasmus Governance Institute, supporting its program for new board members.
