Dr Manmeet Bali Nag is currently working as an Associate Professor, Dept. of Management & Commerce, School of Management & Humanities, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad. She is an experienced professional with a diverse experience; which includes academics, research, training, organization building, creative writing & authorship. In her academic career stint, she has taught MBA, MBE, B.Tech & Behavioural Sciences scholars, at various institutes, including KIIT & Nirma University, Ahmadabad. She has been on the editorial team of Wiley group of publishers at Thompson press. Her broad areas of teaching include Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior & Economics. Besides her academic & journalistic pursuits, she harnesses her skills towards mentoring & co-ordinating the niche area of “Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Family Business” as Innovation Ambassador of IIC MHRD. She has published articles,monographs, book chapters & papers in various national and international journals including Taylor & Francis, Springer & Q1 Category Journals etc. Her focus areas are Human resource dynamics & management, Gender & Diversity, Repatriation Management, ICT in Higher Education, Emerging trends in Business Culture & Cross Cultural Management. She is credited with an ICSSR Funded Project on Elderly care framework. She writes extensively on geo-politics, gender dynamics & current affairs; and has several journalistic articles to her credit. She’s is an avid blogger & co-ordinator of “Centre for Peace & Sustainability” at Manav Rachna University. Dr. Firdous Ahmad Malik, an Indian citizen by birth, Presently working as a Senior Research Associate at Jindal Center for Global South, O.P. Jindal Global University Sonipat Haryana. He has Graduated Ph.D. from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Lucknow, India. He holds an MPhil degree in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow and a Master's degree in Economics from Kashmir University. His research area of interest is Microfinance, financial inclusion, and financial literacy. He has published papers in springer, Elsevier, Taylor Francis, and other Scopus indexed journals.
