Yashwant Rawal has 15 years of experience in both industry and academics. He has worked with the Oberoi Group of Hotels and Carnival Cruise Line USA. His Doctoral Research work was in the area of Staff Turnover Intention in the Hotel industry. He has published more than 57 research papers in Hospitality, Tourism, and Management and presented more than 20 papers at International and National conferences. He was awarded the best role model teacher at the National level in 2019. He also has been awarded with high work engagement award four times at the university level. Sankar Kumar Mukherjee is a tourism teacher teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. They have a keen interest about the cultural tourism context of India. Debasish Batabyal , PhD, is currently teaching at Amity University, Kolkata, India. Dr. Debasish regularly speaks at academic conferences in India and abroad on tourism and hospitality management, specifically on eTourism, ecotourism, destination development and management. He has authored two books and edited a book 'Managing Sustainable Tourism Resources'. He has 32 publications in various journals of repute and book chapters at national and international level. As a key member, he also worked with various research institutes and team members, including committee for the production of development reports by UNDP, District Gazetteer Development committee, Board of study, syllabus committee etc. and designed job oriented courses with industry-academia liaison.
