In addition, he has directed multiple projects to replace an organization’s ERP system with a new ES. His expertise in managing IT projects includes: Client projects for 2 major consulting firms (BearingPoint, CSC) Enterprise Systems projects with staffs of 5 to 20 and budgets of $1M- $20M Implementing ES for Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and R&D Responsibility for: Project Plans (project charter, schedule, resources, budgets, issues/risks, project metrics, and deliverables and Project Management; planning scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, and quality and reporting project status to the program steering committee.) Managing global project teams (IT, consultants, and business teams) Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations Project Management Professional Certification (PMI) David has a BS in Engineering and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania.
