David L. Ginsberg and his partners, Heather A. Cooper and Daniel L. Gray, founded Cooper Ginsberg Gray in 2004. Cooper Ginsberg Gray has grown from a small family law firm to a medium-sized firm under their leadership. After beginning his legal career as a legal aid attorney in Danville, Virginia, David moved to Fairfax, Virginia, in 1998. Since moving to Northern Virginia, his practice has focused exclusively on family law. David’s legal skills have been recognized on numerous occasions. David actively participates in the Virginia State Bar and Fairfax Bar Association. He serves on the board for Shelter House, which is a nonprofit that assists the homeless and victims of domestic violence. David and his co-author, Robert A. Feisee, have co-taught a law practice management course at their alma mater since 2012. David earned his law degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 1996. He earned an undergraduate degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1992. David and his family live in Northern Virginia. David enjoys watching and playing basketball and is an avid photographer. Bobby founded InSight Law, PLLC in 2008. InSight Law has grown from a solo law firm to a firm of 12 consisting of attorneys and support team members. Bobby started his career at a small litigation law firm in 1996 and left law to become a financial advisor in 1999. As a result of issues with his own family’s estate plan, Bobby decided to return to the practice of law in 2002. He initially opened the business as a solo “general” law firm until eventually creating InSight Law focusing solely on estate and business planning. Bobby is an instructor for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys (NNEPA) and is active in various organizations in the field of estate and business planning. He has been teaching law practice management with his co-author, David L. Ginsberg, at their alma mater since 2012. Bobby earned his law degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 1996. He earned an undergraduate degree from the School of Management at Syracuse University in 1993. Bobby and his family live in Northern Virginia. Bobby earned two National Championships playing lacrosse at Syracuse University. He enjoys coaching lacrosse at Paul VI High School and mountain biking.
