Finally, the book concludes with a detailed comparison of policy efficiency surrounding the dual bank structure, providing advice from more successful countries that can be applied to those still struggling to find a balance.

Murat Ustaoglu is Associate Professor of Islamic Economics at Istanbul University, Turkey. He has coauthored two previous Palgrave books, Post-Conflict Syrian State and Nation Building and Islamic Finance Alternatives for Emerging Economies. Ahmet Incekara is Professor of Economics at Istanbul University, Turkey. He coauthored Islamic Finance Alternatives for Emerging Economies with Dr. Ustaoglu.
