Dr Joao Heitor De Avila Santos holds a PhD in Management Sciences by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), located in Porto Alegre – Brazil. Member of the Innovation Research Center (NITEC-Brazil) and The Innovation, Territoire, Agriculture & Agroindustrie, Connaissance et technologie research unit (INTERACT-France). Has seven years of experience as Consultant, Professor and Business Developer. Member of the committee of evaluation for the British Academy of Management. Research themes are Innovation, Interactions, business models for SMEs and organizational behavior. Currently, works as consultant to companies from South America, North America, Southeast Asia and Europe.
