MICHAL SKO?EPA is a Lecturer in Decision Research and Behavioral Economics at the Institute for Economic Studies, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic, where he received his PhD. He has been teaching a course based on the material in this textbook for over a decade. Currently he is an Advisor to the Vice-Governor of the Czech National Bank, and he is President of the Czech Economic Society.
