Mark Beauchamp is Assistant Professor at the School of Human Kinetics, University of British Columbia, Canada. His research primarily focuses on the social psychology of Group Dynamics in sport and exercise contexts. Mark Eys is Associate Professor in at the School of Human Kinetics, Laurentian University, Canada. His research has focussed on the sources and consequences of understanding role responsibilities in a team or group environment as well as issues related to group cohesion in both sport and exercise.
