Plant Growth Regulators to Manage Biotic and Abiotic Stress in Agroecosystems is a comprehensive book that explores the use of plant growth regulators (PGRs) as effective stress-reduction techniques in agricultural environments. This book investigates the role of PGRs in handling biotic and abiotic stressors, offering useful insights to agriculturalists, researchers, and students. The book provides a comprehensive overview of many PGRs, including their methods of action and impacts on plant growth and development. It describes the use of PGRs to treat plant diseases caused by pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The book also discusses the application of PGRs to improve plant tolerance to adverse climatic circumstances including drought, salt, and extreme temperatures. The authors also underline PGRs' sustainable and environmentally friendly character, which makes them a potential option for chemical therapies. They explore PGRs' potential to improve agricultural yield and resilience, therefore helping food security in a rapidly changing global environment. This book is an excellent resource for learning about the applications and advantages of PGRs in modern agriculture.

Dr. Kamel A. Abd-Elsalam, PhD, is a Research Professor at the Plant Pathology Research Institute in Giza, Egypt. His research interests include developing plant biosecurity diagnostic tools, understanding fungal pathogen genomes, and creating eco-friendly hybrid nanomaterials for controlling toxigenic fungi and plant diseases. He has published 26 books on nanobiotechnology applications in agriculture and plant protection, and has served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Elsevier book series Nanobiotechnology for Plant Protection and the Series Editor for Applications of Genome Modified Plants and Microbes in Food and Agriculture. He has been ranked among the top 2% of influential scientists in nanobiotechnology for several years. Dr. Heba I. Mohamed is a Professor of Plant Physiology, Faculty of Education, Biological and Geological Sciences Department, Ain Shams University. Dr. Mohamed has obtained a certificate of recognition in honor of achievement in an international publication that supports Ain Shams University. She obtained an encouragement State Award in Basic Sciences (Biological Sciences) in 2018. She was ranked in the top 2% of the most influential scientists in the world for 2020, 2021, and 2022 by Elsevier and Stanford University.
