Garcia-Mata is a Professor-Researcher at the Tecnológico Nacional de México-Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua, Mexico. She is the leader of the Artificial Intelligence Lab, and her research interests include the applicability of theories and techniques of non-monotonic reasoning to the solution of combinatorial problems.Brenda L. Flores-Rios holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico, where she is a Full Professor at the Instituto de Ingeniería. Her research areas are software process improvement, knowledge engineering, and knowledge flow analysis.Victor Yaurima received his PhD in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico, in 2008. He is currently a Full Professor at the Universidad Estatal de Sonora, Mexico.Eddy M. Delgado-Arana works as a Project Engineer in Skyworks Solutions, Inc., where he had led many process improvement projects. His research interests include manufacturing planning systems, resource optimization, lean manufacturing, and six sigma methodology.Felix F. Gonzalez-Navarro holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Spain. Currently, he is a Full Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico, leading the Artificial Intelligence Lab.Gabriel A. Lopez-Morteo is a Full Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Mexico. He has published more than 40 research papers and nine books.
