This book discusses Change Management Impact Analysis and how this method is used to analysis the risks and benefits of a change management initiative when it pertains to obtaining critical insight into how the change management program budget should be allotted. The process also offers useful indicators for what areas within the system should be monitored during the change management process.

It covers the functions aimed at identifying various stakeholders associated with the software such as requirement component, design component, and class component. The book talks about the interrelationship between the change and the effects on the rest of the system and dives deeper to include the critical role that the analysis places on the existing multiple functions such as estimating the development costs, the project overhead costs, cost for the modification of the system, and system strength or detecting errors in the system during the process. Annaluri Sreenivasa Rao holds a Ph.D degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University. Presently he is working as a Asst. Professor in the department Information Technology, VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology. Hyderabad. He has 20 years of Teaching experience, He Published and Presented papers in National and International Journals, Conferences, Seminars. His research interest includes Text Mining, Machine Learning, Software Engineering etc. He is a member of various Professor Bodies. Dr. Kalli Srinivasa Nageswara Prasad is a professor of Computer Science and Engineering Department in GVVR Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. He received his Ph.D. in Data Mining from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. He obtained M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUK Kakinada, M.S. degree in Software Systems from BITS-Pilani, AMIE in Computer Science and Engineering from Institution of Engineers(India). He has more than 20 years of teaching experience. He has published around 21 research papers in reputed National & International journals and attended many workshops and conferences. Many of the students have guided in their projects & thesis. His research interests are Data Mining & Big Data. He is a life member of ISTE & IEI. Vinit Kumar Gujan is a Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science & Engineering at CMR Institute of Technology Hyderabad (Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad). An active researcher; published research papers in IEEE, Elsevier & Springer Conferences, authored several books and edited volumes of Springer series, most of which are indexed in SCOPUS database. Awarded with the prestigious Early Career Research Award in the year 2016 by Science Engineering Research Board, Department of Science & Technology Government of India.
