Heather Zaccaro is the Program Manager for the National Complete Streets Coalition. She performs quantitative, qualitative, and spatial analysis to support the Coalition's reports and resources. She also coordinates the Coalition's ongoing technical assistance programs and co-authors articles, case studies, and toolkits. Prior to joining Smart Growth America, Heather conducted research on health-related behaviors in New York City and Brazil. Heather holds a Master of Science in City Design & Social Science from the London School of Economics & Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Health from Georgetown University.
