Finally, the short title will deliberate on the directions of possible actions which may be undertaken to avoid post-Brexit legal incoherence. This review should give essential guidance to the industry and the authorities on both sides of the English Channel as to what to expect and how to prepare for the forthcoming legal earthquake.

Jan Walulik, PhD is head of the Civil Aviation Laboratory at the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, and an attorney practising in commercial and corporate law. He also lectures in air law at the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland.
