Moreoverinthemodernworldoftissuebanking,safetyandqualityoftissues havetakenanincreasinglyimportantrole. Infacttheseactivitiesformthebasisof manylicensureactivitiesthatrelatetotissueestablishments. Anattempthasbeen madetocovertheseaspectsaswell. Althoughthelegislationcoversalltypesofcells,includingstemcells,theyhave beendeliberatelyomitted.
