Chiedu Eseadi is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He specializes in career guidance and is a licensed mental health and rehabilitation counselor. His research focuses on mental health issues among patients, individuals with neurodiversity, and frameworks for career transitions. Boitumelo M. Diale is a Professor of Educational Psychology and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Education at Sol Plaatje University, Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa. In addition to her academic role, Prof. Diale is a registered Educational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and an Employee Wellness Practitioner. She is deeply committed to career development throughout the lifespan and advocates for a life design framework in this field. Her enthusiasm for career transitions particularly extends to youth, with a specific focus on those with neurodiverse needs. Currently, she holds the position of Visiting Professor at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Previously, she co-coordinated the Centre for Neurodiversity@UJ, located at the Soweto Campus, where she concentrated on facilitating career transitions for individuals with neurodiverse needs within the community.
