Simone Craig is a college professor and agile coach born and raised in Germany. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Wilfrid Laurier University and earned her MBA from the Australia Institute of Business. For many years, she combined her industry experience as project manager, people leader, and agile coach with part-time teaching at the post-secondary level. As an agile coach, she successfully mentored and coached teams in adopting Scrum and Kanban practices. As Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), she has provided training courses and certifications to over 130 individuals in the Kanban method. In addition to her expertise in agile delivery techniques, she also brings deep experience in the Waterfall approach to round out her project management toolset. Eventually, her passion for teaching won and she embarked on her journey as a full-time professor at Conestoga College.
