Volume II covers other allied concepts such as food-agriculture, food systems, dietary diversity, food fortification, water-sanitation, and conditional and non-conditional cash.

Sheila Chander Vir is senior Public Health Nutrition consultant and the Founder Director of Public Health Nutrition and Development Centre, New Delhi, India. She completed MSc (Foods and Nutrition) from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, India and PhD from the Institute of Clinical Sciences, Queen’s University of Belfast, United Kingdom. She was also Programme Officer (Nutrition) with UNICEF (India) where she provided strategic and technical leadership for policy formulation and implementation of nutrition programmes in India and the state of Uttar Pradesh.
