He has over 20 years of experience in both industry and academia sectors. He has worked at international companies from Cyprus, the UK, Malta, Iran, Malaysia, and Canada and has been highly involved in development of several projects in different industries; healthcare, transportation, residential, oil and gas and IT. Apart from industry, he has been a university lecturer in three different parts of the world, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University, mentor at Futurpreneur Canada, Advisory Board of Cambridge Scholars Publishing, UK, Senior Technical Consultant at CI Solutions Ltd, Innotek Consulting Ltd & Quark Minded Technology Inc and Chair of Research and Scholarly Activities Committee at University Canada West. He is a certified cybersecurity technologist and a senior member of IEEE, IAEEEE, IASED, & IEDRC, Fellow Member of ISAC, WGM of IFIP TC11, member of CSIAC, ACT-IAC and AASHE. Nam Phuong Le is an Assistant Professor of Business Management at University Canada West (UCW). Dr. Le received his Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University (USA), Master of Business Administration from Vancouver Island University (Canada), and Master of Science in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire (UK). Dr. Le also holds the CITP®|FIBP® - a professional designation in international business. His research interest includes globalization, emerging economies, global migration, internationalization of SMEs, and doing business with East Asia. Besides UCW, Dr. Le also taught at Fairleigh Dickinson University - Vancouver campus, Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), Yorkville University, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, India (visiting professor), and other colleges in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Mitra Madanchian possesses aPh.D.in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Administration, she currently assumes multiple professional roles, serving as the CEO at Hamta Business Corporation, as well as holding a full-time position as an Assistant Professor Faculty Member at University Canada West and a Sessional Faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University. With an extensive tenure exceeding 15 years encompassing both industry and academia, she has established herself as an influential figure in the field of management. She has actively contributed to notable projects for internationally acclaimed companies such as KPMG, demonstrating her proficiency in business development roles. Complementing her industry experience, she has achieved noteworthy accomplishments in the academic arena, boasting a portfolio of over thirty scientific articles published in esteemed peer-reviewed international journals and conferences.
