Dina L. Anselmi is an Associate Professor at Trinity College in Hartford CT., where she teaches courses in the areas of psychology of gender, child development,and language and cognition. Professor Anselmi conducts research on children's language development, bilingualism in children, and family influence on children's development of emotion stereotypes and has been awarded grants from the National Institute of Health, and the National Science Foundation. In 1994 she was awarded Trinity College's highest award for teaching excellence - the Thomas Church Brownell award.
