Katherine C. Blair is an Associate Professor of Broadcast Journalism at Leeds Trinity University, UK where she has taught television and social media journalism for 16 years. Before that, she was a television presenter, reporter, producer and director at ITV Yorkshire, CBC in Newfoundland and Labrador and MCTV in Timmins Canada for 20 years. Marion Coomey is a Professor in the RTA School of Media at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto, Canada. She teaches international media production, broadcast presentation and writing. Marion has been a news reporter, host, writer and producer at CBC TV and Radio across Canada. She is Executive Producer of Global Campus Studio Productions, a project bringing together students from 15 countries to produce online shows. Faith Sidlow is the chair of the Media, Communications and Journalism Department at California State University, Fresno, and associate professor of broadcast and multimedia journalism. She is an award-winning broadcast journalist with 30 years experience in TV and radio news. Faith worked as a reporter, anchor and producer for the Fresno NBC affiliate for 28 years. Her early broadcast career included radio reporter and board operator at KPBS-FM; San Diego reporter for KNX News Radio, Los Angeles and research intern for CBS News in London.
